I am excited to share with you today… I have officially stopped smoking
completely as of this week, which is HUGE… I've also noticed a significant mindset shift
around my identity…Now, I think of myself as a sober person. I know that's who I really am,
and it's who I want to be. My stomach/digestion continues to improve…I actually have been

I’ve always been impressed by how quickly a teacher comes into my life when I’m ready for a new depth of understanding. Earlier this year, I was experiencing such a deep longing for me and my millennial children to have a healing of our family line in regards to generationally imposed limitations and patriarchal expectations that have taken away our free will to decide who and what we want to be, do or have in our lifetimes.
