Remember
I pray that you remember
You remember who you truly are
And in that remembering you transcend the fighting
You transcend the fake news
You transcend the objectification
You transcend the pain
You transcend the bullshit
And you return to your remembering
Of your humanness and of the fragility of life and of the need
To serve and protect and honor and revere and celebrate
Being alive
Together
On this Earth
And in this remembering
You free yourself and one another
From the confines of the limitations that say we must be at war with one another
And we must yield power over one another
You remember the most important thing any human on this earth could remember
Which is –
What you do to me, you do to you.
