A Private Ministerial Association

Members enjoy sacred offerings to support their Spirituality, Ascension, Enlightenment & Health. This is a private agreement to voluntarily become a member of a faith-based Private Ministerial Association (PMA) known as Sacred Spirituality Ministry.

The Private Ministerial Association is protected by:

The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (Freedom of Religion and Association)
The Ecclesiastical Abstention Doctrine
The Church Autonomy Doctrine
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR Articles 18, 20)
The Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Contracts
Equity maxims and Natural Law

As such, Sacred Spirituality Ministry is a private, spiritual, unincorporated, non-statutory association, immune from government regulation or civil intrusion.


Your membership with Sacred Spirituality Ministry enables you to benefit from the experiences provided through our offerings.

By joining Sacred Spirituality Ministry (also referred to as SSM), a Private Ministerial/Membership Association and/or any offering, website, social media group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of SSM, a Private Membership Association Agreement as follows:

  • I am a spiritual being acting in my private, sovereign, non-corporate capacity.
  • The Association is not engaged in commerce, is not subject to civil regulatory jurisdiction, and does not report to any agencies.
  • Sacred Spirituality Ministry maintains 508(c)(1)(A)-equivalent standing by spiritual designation, not government grant.
  • I, innerstand that members, teachers, instructors, and service providers within Sacred Spirituality Ministry are or may not be licensed educators, teachers, or coaches. I understand that within Sacred Spirituality Ministry a private contractual relationship exists as a contract member to member association relationship. I have freely chosen to become a private member of Sacred Spirituality Ministry heretofore declared Association and thereby change my legal capacity as a public person, customer, or client to a private member of Sacred Spirituality Ministry.
  • I understand that, since The Association is protected by the applicable Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against The Association, any Trustee(s), members or other staff persons. All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association designee, committee, or tribunal and will be waived by the member for the benefit of The Association and its members. By agreeing to this membership form I agree that I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself and my children.
  • Because the privacy and security of membership records maintained within The Association, which are held to be inviolate by the U.S. Supreme Court, the undersigned member waives HIPAA privacy rights and complaint process. Please note: No healthcare information is kept, all files are promptly deleted, and should any information exist in any capacity, it will be strictly protected.
  • I agree not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the property provided by the ministry without first obtaining written consent from SSM.
  • All gifts/honorarium/donations and/or compensations are given before time/offering will be shared. All gifts/honorariums/donations and/or compensations are not refundable or returnable for any reason.
  • I acknowledge all SSM offerings are unique, and that this is a private membership association under common law/natural law/God’s law, whose members seek to experience deeper spiritual alignment, unification and embodiment, including greater levels of serenity, peace, goodwill, abundance, radiant health and overall enhanced and optimal quality of life.
  • We believe that the Creator bestowed upon us unalienable rights and liberties. One’s basic right to be self-managed, The Magna Carta Libertatum of 1215, The Charter of the Forest of 1217, Articles of Confederation of 1781, Republic Constitution of 1787, Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), The Constitutions of the Republic States, the Canadian Charter of Rights, guarantees our members the rights of absolute freedom of religion, free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of helping one another in asserting our rights protected by those Constitutions, Charter and Statutes, in addition to the rights to be free from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to not incriminate ourselves, and the right to freely exercise all other unalienable rights as granted by our creator, our almighty God and guaranteed by those Constitutions, Charter, and Statutes.
  • We hereby Declare that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions, as well as the Charter of Rights of Canada. This means that our Association activities are restricted to the private domain only and outside of the jurisdiction of government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives as provided by LAW.
  • I am voluntarily becoming a private member. My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I honorably decline to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association.
  • I voluntarily waive, release, and hold harmless all SSM Trustees, ministers, members, and volunteers from:
    *Any civil liability arising from the Association’s ministry, decisions, or records *All statutory consumer protections or government benefits that may otherwise be imposed upon public entities
    *Any claim that might attempt to pierce the spiritual and private protections of this PMA
  • I enter into this agreement of my own free will, in the private capacity as a man/woman, without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency, governmental agency, non-governmental agency or organization whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed/injured. I understand that this will be considered a trespass on privacy and property and I will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $1,000, 000.00 plus $100 per minute the trespass continues.

This Agreement chooses to be, and is, per this mandate, under Divine Jurisdiction, teaching us to follow The Golden Rule: Do No Harm To Others or Their Property.

However, when appropriate or as deemed by the Board or Managers of the Association, the actions of this Ministry shall be interpreted and confined under the Common Law of the jurisdiction of its current domicile, if appropriate, but in such case the Ministry retains all rights and absolute sovereign immunity from all outside interference (non-members).

The Managers of this private association shall have the power to change the domicile of this Ministry to any place which shall be deemed prudent, necessary, appropriate, desirable, or convenient as determined by them. This agreement was created in Oregon Republic, a Republic state without the “United States”, subject to the jurisdiction and venue of Constitutionally mandated Article III Section 2 courts, the law of equity, and common law of the republic state wherein this contract was created. This Ministry is in no way to be construed under the laws of the municipal corporation of the State of Oregon. The interpretation of this contract is and shall be determined primarily in accordance with the express terms set forth herein. Should it become necessary for a court of competent jurisdiction to intervene, it too shall be guided by the terms, conditions, purposes and intent of this agreement.

Please take notice: Any member violating any part of any Ministry agreement(s) and/or not conducting themselves in the utmost respectable fashion and honorable demeanor gives standing to forfeit their membership and lose access to all Sacred Spirituality Ministry offerings. Assessing this conduct will be done on part of the Ministry team and management, and will be handled accordingly.

You as the member are solely responsible for the outcomes from the healing, upleveling, and enlightenment that is offered through the SSM. This ministry provides you with what you need to live your highest timeline, and it is always your responsibility to follow your aftercare, take the next steps needed and to follow through for the highest outcomes. Ultimately SSM is here to assist you in being fully empowered as a Divine Being, Higher Self, in form, on Earth.

By being part of SSM, you take responsibility for your outcomes. All SSM offerings are a mutual exchange of lawful donations/gifts and honor per this membership agreement. Sacred Spirituality Ministry is responsible for their ministry and mission. This is a not a for hire Agreement between private parties, within a private member association. This is not to be misconstrued as Tax, Legal or Financial Advice and is for educational entertainment purposes ONLY.

All decisions and actions are by the member’s sole choice. All actions and outcomes are fully the responsibility by member’s sole choices and actions or lack thereof. In no way is the ministry to be held responsible for the choices or outcomes from a member’s participation.

By way of participating in SSM offerings, this declares that you, the member hold harmless SSM, its managers, members or any associations to SSM and will assume full responsibility for your learning, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

We wish to state clearly that the Sacred Spirituality Ministry operates as a spiritual body, not as a legal service provider or an agency of the State. Consequently, we cannot extend a guarantee, nor can we predict or ensure specific outcomes regarding your individual process.

The content on our websites, platforms, and materials is for spiritual educational purposes and is intended ONLY for members and their specific journey, as an expression of our ministry to the world. Everything on our websites, platforms and materials, is based upon our own private opinions, educational ministry, and not to be taken as Legal, Tax or Financial Advice. We operate in honor, trust, and by gift/donation/ honorariums only.

Nothing is available for copy, sale, circulation, or competition. The content and materials herein, on our platforms, websites, and materials are not to be copied, shared, sold, or circulated to others in any manner, including but not limited to, recordings, copying of any kind, hand written, etc., from this site by any and all parties without express permission from managing parties.

Members are expressly forbidden in copying materials, and creating similar materials for private or public use. Trespass on our privacy, these declarations, and our private rights will forfeit your membership and access to our offerings, and will result in pursuit for damages. Any downloadable material including but not limited to audio, typewritten, or video format is for personal entertainment and individual private spiritual enhancement and education only.

All material and experiences provided within our ministry are private between woman/man who choose to operate in private, and contains privileged and/or confidential information and is for the sole use of the intended recipient.

The Sacred Spirituality Ministry reserves all rights and is not responsible for individual use by the Members, Users and/or Visitors to this site or materials herein. All rights are without prejudice and without recourse by the sender(s). All State and Federal public entities, legal persons, offices, officers, agencies, agents or investigators (private or otherwise), are barred from extracting content from this site or associated platforms and materials, under any presumption of law without express permission by Sacred Spirituality Ministry.

CANCELLATION:
There are no refunds or returning of gifts, donations or honorariums funds. You are welcome to cancel your participation within any offering at any time, yet this has no influence on this policy.

This is a simple private agreement between Sacred Spirituality Ministry and Member(s).

I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I innerstand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership with Sacred Spirituality Ministry.
